Underwriting Approved Certificate This new program is the highest level of approval a buyer/borrower can obtain without yet choosing a property. Our experienced Loan Officer will open a loan file, assign a loan number, take the application, gather the buyers’ income documents, bank/investment statements and credit report, submit the file for automated underwriting and have a live underwriter approve the loan subject to title and appraisal if required at all.
You cannot get more approved than “Underwriting Approved!” This lets the Seller’s Agent/Broker know the buyer is the real deal and is “Underwriting Approved.”

My experience with staff (JoAnn Pugh) at MMS Mortgage for refinancing of my house was made very easy and the whole process understandable. I was provided with answers and possible solutions to issues with my particular circumstances and I proceeded forward with the refinance. I recently did a refinance with Chris Pugh at Member Mortgage Service. The service through the whole process was excellent. Chris took my application on my lunch hour and I got a call to set up the appraisal that night. The appraiser was at my home the next day. We closed within three weeks. I encountered one issue when a check issued to pay off my charge did not reach the bank. I called the title company and they immediately let me know they could over night a check to me and I could pay it at a local branch. The charge was paid off the next day. #excellent service
